Switch occurred but phone order is still saying in progress

The broadband and phone switch occurred on 7th December and seems fine.

The Member Center is saying an error occurred and there is a phone order in progress.

It's been over 2 months. I was expecting it to go away, but it hasn't.

Should I just ignore it?

I've fixed this for you now. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
