I am switching from Sky broadband to Plusnet Fibre.
Have received a text from Plusnet saying:
'Your fibre appointment is booked for tomorrow between 8am and 1pm and your phone should activate the same day'
Do they need access to my house? I have had a recent line put in with a BT Openreach master Socket 5C on the wall.
Thanks!
