Still waiting for order to complete.

Been waiting since the 17th of Jan, still no internet and previous provider cancelled a day before the scheduled switch. Not happy.

Anything I can do to resolve this or report this?

Another note;

I placed this order around Nov/Dec, received the hub but been 3 weeks without internet since initial install date, costing me and my family plenty to use mobile data to cover.

The order was placed using my brother's account, we are located in Barnet.

Then you need to get him to check.

 

Also, is there anything showing when you put the phone number in the DSL Checker - I understand it should show any Open Orders somewhere in the results.

I put my telephone number in, in particular I noticed: "There is an open order on your line which is due to complete by 18-Jan-2018".

The DSL result confirms there's a problem somewhere, Hopefully a staff member will pick up this thread and have a look for you.
