Hello - I signed up my elderly mother for plusnet broadband on Monday 15th March - but nothing seems to have happened. Her login is not active (I can't log into the website), and the transaction is still pending on my credit card.
How long does it normally take to process, and what can be done to get this moving ?

If the transaction is showing as pending it's likely the account wasn't created on our end. In these cases, the money should have been returned to your available balance as it won't have gone through to us.
