I recently moved house and let plus net know in advance so that I'd have internet as soon as I moved in. Finally moved in but 2 weeks later and 4 phone calls still nothing. I was told I can't have fibre when I first called to say I was moving. So was told I'd get it cheaper monthly. Now after the order has been put through about 4 times and rejected I'm being told its because I can't have fibre?🙄 I knew this.. I just want Internet, I don't care about the phone number changing either, please please please can someone sort this and compensate for the 2 weeks I've not received what I'm paying for.
