Still waiting for connection

Hi there,

Just wondering when my net will go live, website said it would be up on the 16th and I know Openreach have been already. Connected the router but I can only access the plusnet site, can't access anything else as it says I haven't signed up with an ISP. Just wondered if you could give me an update.
