Still waiting for broadband activation

Hi, just switched to plusnet. Phone transferred over fine but have now been waiting 8 days for the broadband to be activated. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.

Hi there.

It looks like your account didn't activate fully by itself when your broadband order completed.

I've just done that. Can you connect now?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role within Plusnet.
