Still waiting for a Plusnet router

I signed up August 10 to Plusnet. Payment received by Plusnet August 12. Router has not been received, now 24 days later. Previous internet provider switched off today so now I have no landline or wifi - and I work from home! Have tried to contact Plusnet by chat and phone with no success. This experience is by far the worst that I have ever encountered! Very disappointing. I need this to be sorted latest tomorrow (Friday 04 Sept, 20). I have received no service from Plusnet despite their taking my money?

Hello, in the meantime are you able to set up your mobile phone as a wifi hotspot?

Regarding activation of your line and provision of Internet access, in all probability your order has been cancelled.

The router should arrive a few days before activation, so if it hasn't you'll need to phone them.
