I signed up August 10 to Plusnet. Payment received by Plusnet August 12. Router has not been received, now 24 days later. Previous internet provider switched off today so now I have no landline or wifi - and I work from home! Have tried to contact Plusnet by chat and phone with no success. This experience is by far the worst that I have ever encountered! Very disappointing. I need this to be sorted latest tomorrow (Friday 04 Sept, 20). I have received no service from Plusnet despite their taking my money?
