Still waiting for £50 cashback

Hello,

 

We signed up to plusnet in January. I did the claim for the £50 cashback at start of February and have the claim confirmation email from 10th Feb.

 

We have still not received any reward in the post. I called up the help number on plusnet website and was told by the 3rd party company (grassroots) that they had not yet received our details from plusnet so thats why we were still waiting.

I then got put through to plusnet, after initial security checks I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then told I needed to call grassroots back. But that is nonsense because they forwarded my call to plusnet. 

Please can this be sorted out!

Just our luck ... the cheque has actually arrived in the post this lunchtime. Has this cheque been voided already or can we cash it and just cancel this ticket?

Glad to hear that this has arrived - I've contacted our marketing team to disregard our earlier request for a new cheque.

 

I'm confident that we will have caught this in time to avoid duplication but will let you know if I hear differently.
