I'm sorry to hear that you have had issues with your order and are, as of yet, still without a connection.
It could well be that the issue lies with our Supplier and is outside our jurisdiction - if this is the case then a better explanation should have been provided to you so that you are fully up to speed on what is causing this delay.
I would be more than happy to take a look into this for you and find out exactly what caused this delay on your order. ......”

I'm extremely sorry to see that your order has not yet been fulfilled. I appreciate your comments about the delay, it's not ideal so I can understand the frustration you're experiencing.
I have looked into the issue today and have responded here.
