Still not connected

I switched from EE to Plusnet fibre. I was told my broadband would be activated on the 22nd on November. But then... nothing so I called and had to wait over 52 mns for someone to answer the phone and was then transferred to someone else and yes , you guessed waited again. And this went on and on . I was eventually told there was an issue with OpenReach but will be connected in 48 hrs. Still nothing. Today I just got a text message ( not a phone call as promised) to say there will be an update on the 6th . Which does not mean I will be connected . It is now 2 full weeks without internet. I joined Plusnet on the 8th of November. Plusnet blames OpenReach but I blame Plusnet for not checking and making sure that fibre broadband is ready and available in my area which is Maida Vale in London . Not exactly the dense jungle of the Amazons. Appalling service .

I'm sorry to hear that you have had issues with your order and are, as of yet, still without a connection.

It could well be that the issue lies with our Supplier and is outside our jurisdiction - if this is the case then a better explanation should have been provided to you so that you are fully up to speed on what is causing this delay.

I would be more than happy to take a look into this for you and find out exactly what caused this delay on your order. ......”

Hi @Sazava,

I'm extremely sorry to see that your order has not yet been fulfilled. I appreciate your comments about the delay, it's not ideal so I can understand the frustration you're experiencing.
