My router was only sent out Tuesday. Broadband went live yesterday and it still isn't here why when it takes 3-5 days to arrive is it only being sent the day before? So I'm paying for a service I can use and at the moment it's absolutely essential I get online. Also do they ever answer the phone? 20 minutes trying to get through yesterday 20 minutes today. They call this award winning customer service!!!
