Still no phone or internet active at my new address

I notified Plusnet over the phone on the 22nd of October that I was planning to move on the 26th. They took my details and everything seemed to be sorted. However at my new address, I still don't have service of any kind after almost 2 weeks.

How long does the average house move take to complete?

@colinjohncrompt The information regarding notice periods for a house move (in the Help & Support pages) normally request 4 weeks, but that timescale is based on 'normal' conditions and staff/BT availability. Current conditions may possibly extend that timescale.
