i have been given three false appointments not one of which was true have email confirmation of the appointments that i will post up then tell me how i havent been lied to how i havent been misinformed by your company

Regardless, it won't speed up your provision. I have checked your order, and it is now progressing fine for the 14th.

There shouldn't be any further foreseeable issues at this point.

well regardless ive sent your ceo the full account now and what has happened now its disgusting how you have left my family a further 20 days without the service you said you would provide the point is i didnt want sky this month i should be with plusnet always shifiting the blame thats all you company seem to do well at the moment

had to contact the ceo directly to have anything sorted but  fair play to the lady that phoned me she gave me honest answers finally and assured me it would be dealt with bit stressful but seem to be getting somewhere i hope
