Placed order on 26th July for fibre broadband and home phone calls. Received email confirming order. Then no further updates from Plusnet. Called today to find order cancelled by mistake. Was told I would be passed to orders team. Have been on phone for 20mins, gave up then called back to be put through again. On hold again for another 30mins, gave up again. What do have to do to get someone to confirm the order is definitely going ahead ?. They set up a direct debit which will take my first payment tomorrow. Found I cannot email them hence signing up to the community . Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
