Still awaiting activation text

Hi

We received a text and email that our broadband would be activated midnight on August 1st, but that we should wait until we receive a text before we set up our router. We are still waiting for that text, can anyone help us out?

You could just try plugging your router in and seeing what happens, you’re not going to hurt anything by doing that.
