applied to plusnet on 20 oct for broadband and phone the only thing to go right is they took my money phoned a few days ago to be told it had been cancel this is in spite of a letter from 21/10/2016 with my details . the router has been sent and today the phone is on the broadband will not be online till 20 november a full month after this all started!!! and you call this customer service?
Apologies for the length of time it is taking to get you up and running. I can see that you contacted us yesterday and we had the orders replaced for you. Unfortunately it seems that our systems impacted the original one causing them to fail (which I've fed back).
