On 8th October I decided to renew my contract and upgrade my fiber package. This became active on the 9th and I'm very happy with the speeds I'm getting.
While I was placing my order, I took up the option of ordering a replacement router for which I paid £6.99 P&P. At time of writing I stall haven't received it. Does it usually take this long? If not, could someone look into this for me please.
