Still Not Received Replacement Router

Hello.

On 8th October I decided to renew my contract and upgrade my fiber package. This became active on the 9th and I'm very happy with the speeds I'm getting.

While I was placing my order, I took up the option of ordering a replacement router for which I paid £6.99 P&P. At time of writing I stall haven't received it. Does it usually take this long? If not, could someone look into this for me please.

I'm really sorry about this. I have given dispatch a manual push and this should be with you in the next 3-5 working days. 

 

Please let us know if you do not receive this by 25/10/2019
