Starting to wonder if I mae a mistake choosing Plusnet..

First I found out that you cannot change the DNS settings (not the main ISP ones - but the local network one) that's my piHole add server shot.

 

Tried to contact support by email to ask when my fibre would be live... no email support apparently??? I mean [-Censored-]???

 

So went to the Plusnet site and the chat window isn't live because I am using an Ad blocker... why would an ad blocker interfere with a chat window?? Unless of course it is run by a thrid party spam company??? I mean why????

 

I dunno I am just getting a bad feeling.....
