Hi everyone,
Newbie here, been with BT for years and decided to switch to a cheaper deal. I only have basic broadband as I live in the sticks (2-3 Mb) so thought it would be a smooth transition. Got my letter from BT stating that the 24th March is the last day of contract, fair enough. Checked my Plusnet webmail and have no emails whatsoever regarding dates. Also I have no router, which is not a big deal as I can use my by hub 5. I am worried that tomorrow there will be no service whatsoever. I can't rely on mobile data due to my address.

Hi again,
I ordered Plusnet on the 10th of March and paid my upfront fee (what for?). Had to leave BT as standard broadband was ridiculously expensive. I received my welcome letter on the 11th and have logged into my email everyday to no avail. I also received a letter from BT stating that my service would end on the 25th of March (15 days after signing up). I now face an inflated bill from BT of £31.99!! I wanted to switch to Plusnet because money is tight and £18.99 for standard broadband sounded too good to be true. So, basically, after one calendar month I am stuck paying BY prices and also down £18.99! What the heck is going on?
