Stalled Fibre Upgrade Order

Hi - I did a product change from unlimited to unlimited fibre extra and I believe the go-live date should have been today?

The status of the router still says 'buy', and the package just says 'pending'

sounds like you need to talk to customer services asap i had a similar problem with my order. it wasn't picked up until i asked a human [-Censored-] was happening.

I've looked into your account and I can see your fibre order is in progress for the 20/03/2017. Apologies that you weren't made aware of this. Anything else I can help with just let me know.
