Hi,
Placed an order on 22/1/17 to upgrade from plusnet ADSL to Fibre UnLimited Extra, paid my £6.99 delivery charge for a Hub One, got a pop pup suggesting a go live date of the 27/1/17 ....and nothing since.
On the Account Summary screen I've got an order number for the router but it's status is still 'Buy', whilst the Unlimited Fibre Extra order says 'pending'.
I'd be grateful if this could be jollied along.

Hi there,
I've just checked and your fibre upgrade is due to complete on the 6th Feb. Your router should be dispatched in the next couple of days too
