Site went down for maintenance halfway through my order!

I was signing up to a new broadband account. Payment has been taken from my debit card for the first twelve months. I was submitting my bank details to set up direct debit and complete the order but then the plus net site went down before I could complete this.

Please help!

Welcome to the Forums. 

I've checked your account via your Forums info and can confirm that there is an DD on your account which is currently "pending activation". Looks like the website did record your details and this has been sent to your bank to process. 

A DD can take up to 14 days to fully set up.
