I'm sure there are simliar post (since I had read them). But I was trying to change to plus net from talk talk, and want to set the activation date to just after the contract expire (which is currently 2wk+2day away).
I saw posts on the forum that previously said this can be done, but talked to customer support twice who both say this is not possible. Any ideas is this true (i.e. change in practice) or just the support personal not knowing how to use the system?

It is possible to delay an activation date, this would need to be done after the order has been placed and is confirmed with our suppliers however I can't guarantee it'll be on an exact date you choose as the dates offered to us are based on engineer availability.
