I’ve waited in all day for the engineer to not turn up for a PM appointment. Only needed an engineer as Plusnet managed to cancel my old service then cancel my new order, hence needing an engineer for a new line. Waited since 28th August now and am very frustrated. Compounded by the fact my heating/hot water is internet based, which I am now without and it is freezing!! I am a very unhappy customer! Am I better off finding another company or will this be resolved? I’ve had no contact from the engineer or Plusnet regarding not turning up today. Beyond a joke especially seeing all the other unhappy customers on this forum!! Help please Plusnet!
