Router won't accept my username and password

Router does not accept my username@plusdsl.net and password combination. I can confirm that the password is correct for when I log in to the member centre, however the router is telling me otherwise.
I am only getting any form of connection through setup@plusdsl.net. but not my actual broadband username.

Re: Router won't accept my username and password

@sinai
You must either drop the connection or unplug the DSL cable whilst you enter and save your user name and password.

If it is a Plusnet hub then it should pick the details up automatically.

Edit

If you are a new subscriber and received an email overnight saying that your service is now live then it can take up until midnight before Plusnet set up their part of the connection and it actually connects.
