As a number of people seem to have had issues with their router order becoming stuck and needing manual intervention to unstick it, would be grateful if you could look at my account as first payment has been taken, but router order is showing as "The order has not yet been placed".
I've checked your account and it looks like automation has progressed your router today and it should be on it's way shortly. I've also checked your orders while on your account and these also seem to be progressing fine.
I hope this clears up any concern
