I ordered Plusnet Broadband (and a phoneline) 2-3 weeks ago specifically for 22nd July (yesterday). The communication said the telephone line would be working today and we'd get our router a few days before activation. But so far the router still hasn't been despatched.
You've had a few weeks since we signed up to organise this to be with us and it's a disappointing start to being with Plusnet. We're still without the internet and we only got the phone line as we needed it for the internet so now we're paying for something we don't need/ can't use.
