Router not delivered

Hi there, I’ve been told my router has been delivered but it hasn’t arrived and we really need broadband ASAP. Is there a way this can be sorted or another router be delivered?!

Thanks a lot for providing us with the details.

 

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused here, I've now processed a new router to be sent out, arriving within 3-5 working days.
