Router not delivered



I placed an order for fibre broadband on 18th Dec. My broadband went live on Friday and I have been billed since 1st Jan - I have still not recieved my router and can not get in contact with customer services. I have sat on hold only to be cut off as there is too many calls.


Is there a way to track the router to check it is on its way?
