My broadband is due to be swapped over from PN copper, to PN fibre tomorrow (Friday 17th) - yet the promised fibre router has not yet been delivered. 'We've opened Question 180771163 on your account'.

This has the marks of no engineer availability and the install date has been deferred, resulting in the dispatch of the router being delayed … however that event has not generated an email. Inspection of your support tickets (see the link below) might be informative.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
