I called and selected the option to say I was leaving, it at least puts you in a queue. Then you have to be prepared to sit on hold for over an hour

PlusnetHelp on twitter appears to be inactive. I sent a daily DM for about a week, because I couldn't face another 1 hour+ call. They are all still on unread

Thanks, plusnet appear to have no intention of providing customer service at present. A message on the main page of their website would help, but they appear to be stonewalling. I have just complained to offcom.
