It looks like my colleague is handling this matter for you. While she's great, she doesn't work in the Previsioning area of the business, and therefore wasn't to know exactly why the router hadn't been sent out yet.
I've just checked up on the order on BT Wholesale's side and can see that while we requested the upgrade to go ahead today, Openreach had to push this back to 20/04/2022 due to fibre engineer availability. This works in our favour as the current router you have isn't compatible with FTTC.
Your hub Two is now on the way, and will be with you with plenty of time to spare before your fibre service goes live on 20/04/2022.
