It's been 2 weeks since my FTTP was activated - but I haven't received the new router.
Would anyone be able to see if it's actually been sent yet?
I'm really sorry for the delay. I've now sent the router which we'll get to you as soon as possible.
For some reason it wasn't ordered automatically. In the meantime your Hub One should work fine for FTTP.
