Hi there, thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm really sorry to see that the router has not yet been received. while our automated system is programmed to have routers arrive around three days prior to activation, it cannot take into account possible delays with the postal service.
We're now on the 5th day since the router was sent out, if it has not arrived by tomorrow, please let us know and we'll have a new one sent out.
