Router not arrived

Hi I'm due to go live tomorrow but still haven't received my router..apart from the initial emails and letter I've had no other correspondence..can you advise please

My broadband gone live since yesterday but router hasn't arrived yet. Poor customer service. They claimed to have sent the router out 4 days ago but still not received. Wouldn't recommend Plusnet to anyone

Hi @Bsanni29 I'm sorry your router is delayed. I have checked your account and can see we dispatched this on the 30th. However, as this has not arrived we have reordered this today.
