Router not arrived

Hi there,

Yesterday our landline was activated but no router has arrived, neither have we received any information about its dispatch. The broadband reference number is 3-151054212439. Any help would be gratefully received.

The order is showing as closed on one of their systems, but not on another. This means we haven't received confirmation it's completed and this is being looked at by our suppliers with the expectation this should close off over the next 48 hours.

 

I've dispatched your router and this should arrive within the next few days. Sorry for the issues and I hope you're up and running soon.

Hi there,

The router arrived on Monday but I could not get on the internet. I spoke to Plusnet and they apologised saying it should begin working either later on Monday or Tuesday. They were kind enough to give me a callback on Tuesday (yesterday) and apologised that the service was still not live. They transferred me to another department so I could get more information but after 40 minutes on hold I gave up. Do you know when my internet service might start working?
