Router not arrived

I ordered an upgrade on 16th Sept and paid for postage for a new router which has still not arrived. I tried calling customer support as per the FAQs but all I got was godawful pop nusic while waiting to speak to someone. I called later and it automatically disconnected me

I've ordered your new router now and I've credited the postage back to your account towards your next bill as a goodwill gesture. Let us know if there's anything else you'd need help with.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
