Router not arrived

I decided to upgrade my internet to fibre and it’s due to go live tomorrow but I still haven’t received my router, what is the point in activating my fibre tomorrow if I have no router? And how can you justify charging 6.99 delivery fee when your services are always late?

It looks like the reason you haven't received the router is due to the date for your fibre upgrade being pushed back to the 9th due to engineer availability in your area.

It’s actually a bit of a joke to be honest, why have I not been informed about this, I shouldn’t have to post on the forums to find out whether you’re making me wait even longer for internet I should’ve had weeks ago, first time I was made to wait 2 weeks and the goodwill gesture was £3.50 off my next bill. Can’t knock you for the quick response but the way the company deals with its customers is far from right.
