Router not arrived activation date tomorrow

Hello as stated above my activation date is tomorrow 13th October but I still haven't recieved my router or notification of it being dispatched. On my account page it stI'll says the order is being processed, please can someone update me on what is going on......starting to think we should of stayed with sky.

Really sorry to hear what's happened.

I can see the router was dispatched last night. We'll get that to you as soon as possible.

Once you've received it and are online we'll refund you for any days that you've been unable to use the service.
