I have placed an order to upgrade to Fibre Extra - the payment for the new router needed to access fibre service has been taken but it has not yet arrived, I am concerned as the original activation date provided is due tomorrow - although there is also a message about 21C upgrade completing on 1st October which may be more realistic.
How do I check when the Plusone route is going to arrive on time?
