Router new set up not working

change over supposedly happened 04/06 and new router won’t connect to the internet
Phone line is fine
Laptop won’t connect on ethernet cable
reset several times
And nothing ?

Hi Esther,

 

Thanks for getting in touch, I'm sorry to hear of the issue.

 

I've checked the line and it is connected and synchronising at above the minimum speeds for your product. There does not appear to be a fault.

 

If the issue is still happening please connect your router to the testsocket with an ADSL microfilter.

 

Please refrain from resetting the router as this can be classed as a disconnection by the dynamic monitoring systems, which may result in the speeds slowing down to compensate for the disruptions.

 

Please also ensure your router is connected correctly.

 

If the issue continues you can raise a fault or come back here.
