Router hasn't arrived

I'm upgrading to Fibre extra

It was supposed to happen today , but the router hasn't appeared !

I'm not worried about any delay because i've still got adsl.

My concern is that if the router hasn't arrived has the upgrade order actually been placed.

Could someone look into it ?

I have sent a text and ticket update which can be followed here

 

Your router will be with you in the next 2-3 working days, well in time for your Fibre upgrade.

Hi, from placing an order how long does it take to get a router sent out?  And are you able to provide a delivery address? As I didn't get the option to request it be sent to a different address.
