Router hasn't arrived

My Broadband was apparently activated on 5 November but I still haven't received my router.

 

I'm self-employed and about to move into my new home - I don't have the luxury of moving in and waiting another few weeks for the router to arrive, I need broadband working as soon as I move in so that I can work too!

 

I really hope using this forum will put me in touch with someone who can follow this up.

Sorry to hear you haven't received your new router yet.

From what I can see it was dispatched on the 2nd November. Were you left a card from Royal Mail for you to collect at your local sorting office? Let us know if not as it would seem to be obviously lost somewhere in the post and we'll re-order it.

Thanks for replying, Gandalf. I didn't receive a Royal Mail card, so it must have gone astray somewhere. It would be great if you could reorder another for me, please.

I've RMA'd the router for you now. You should (hopefully) receive it over the next few days.
