Router hasn't arrived, and no confirmation of activation or postage

Hello,
Today is my activation date, yet on the website it says my hardware hasn't been posted and I have had no notification by email that my broadband is live.
Any help appreciated.

@dannyya123 Welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately this suggests that your activation date has been delayed due to Openreach technician availability on the original date, which Plusnet have failed to tell you about. Delays automatically trigger a delay in hub despatch but I believe that updating the customer requires manual intervention, which can get missed.
Hopefully a Plusnet staffer will come along and give you the latest promised date.

I rang the team and they said there was an automation error and the router should have been dispatched. I asked if I could get a cheap one in the meantime, and they helped me find the cheapest.They said activation is progressing as usual and should be done by midnight today.
