Router hasn't arrived after service started

My service should have started on the 7th September but I've yet to receive my router or any information really. Has it started? How would I know? Where is the router? Do I need the router or will my old plusnet router work?

@HayleyClayton  Welcome to the forum.

There is a fair chance that your activation date has been delayed by Openreach technician availability and Plusnet have failed to pass on the message. Have you received a message to say that it is now live? Whilst Plusnet have to get off their butts to tell you of a delay the hub shipping is automatically delayed so that it does not arrive more than a couple of days before the go live day.

Thanks for your help. No, I haven't heard anything from Plusnet since the original order. Very disappointed. Don't mind it being delayed if I'm told about it. Now I don't know what's going on or when I'm likely to receive the router and update.
