Router has not arrived.

I've received a text telling me my broad band order is complete, but I have not received my router. I'm now without broadband. Can any one help

Do you still have a router from a previous ISP ? , you may be able to use it on your PlusNet connection. If so let us know the make /model and we can try to help.

Hi. It's a Zylex amg 1302-t108. But I've gone from broadband to fibre so prob won't work.

I wish I'd read these forums and some reviews before I signed up. It looks like I've made a big mistake going with plusnet.

Your assumption is correct , as it is only an ADSL router.

That's right Mike. So now I'm left with no bb and only free view TV.

I've just received a text saying it'll arrive in a few day's. What a pile of crud. I think I should still be able to cancel my contract. Plus net should be prosecuted by trading standards over their advertising.
