I am sorry you haven't had any updates on your order yet. I have checked this and it looks like your broadband is due to complete tomorrow, any time up to midnight.
With regards to the reward card, an email will usually be sent within 10 working days from the date your services go live (keep an eye out in your junk mailbox too). The email will contain a link to a form to fill out with your details to claim the reward and you have 2 months to claim this, before the link expires.
