Router en route?

I rang Plusnet on the 14th Nov to ask about issues with my internet, and they suggested I upgrade to the new router (Hub Two). 

However, I had no email confirmation of this upgrade, and no new router has arrived in the post. How long does it normally take?

Do i need to ring them again?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention @Kwetla and I'm sorry it's taken so long to get back to you. There's only about 4 front line staff members working on the forums at the minute so we're thin on the ground.


I can see there was an issue with the component on the account so it never got sent out, however, I have sorted that out for you. I will keep an eye on this and make sure you receive the router. My next response will be on Tuesday.
