Thanks for bringing this to our attention @Kwetla and I'm sorry it's taken so long to get back to you. There's only about 4 front line staff members working on the forums at the minute so we're thin on the ground.
I can see there was an issue with the component on the account so it never got sent out, however, I have sorted that out for you. I will keep an eye on this and make sure you receive the router. My next response will be on Tuesday.
